- Redazione del Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi specifici e/o del Piano Operativo di sicurezza, sulla base degli elementi risultanti dall’offerta, dall’ordine e dalla documentazione di sicurezza ricevuta dai Clienti
- Raccolta dei documenti aziendali e personali Controllo della documentazione aziendale
- Controllo di adeguatezza della documentazione dei tecnici Schneider coinvolti nei lavori
- Dialogo con il Cliente Contatto diretto con il cliente per documentazioni, chiarimenti o deroghe sui documenti
- Partecipazione alle riunioni di coordinamento della sicurezza indette dai CSE, sia in presenza che online
- Diploma o laurea nel settore, in economia o affini
- Esperienza, anche breve, nel ruolo o in mansioni amministrative
- Meticolosità nei dettagli per garantire l'accuratezza dei dati inseriti
- Capacità di comunicare efficacemente con l’organizzazione Service ed i clienti interni ed esterni
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
