The Accounting Receivable ensures accurate and timely management of the account receivable processes.The role contributes to monthly closing, compliance with local regulations and provides financial data to internal stakeholders.Typical Accountabilities:Accounts Receivable -Issue customer invoices, monitor outstanding payments, manage credit notes, and support collection activitiesReceivable Accounting -Maintain accurate accounting records, accruals, and bank reconciliationsMonth-End Closing -Assist with closing activities, prepare reports, and ensure deadlines are metSupport VAT calculations, Intrastat, and other statutory requirements in line with local regulationsExpense Management -Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring policy complianceAudit Support -Provide documentation and explanations during internal and external auditsCross-Functional Collaboration -Work closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations to ensure data accuracy and process alignmentRequired Skills & Experience:Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance,
