This role provides leadership and oversight for safety strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation while partnering with project leadership, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure safe and compliant operations. /ppThis position plays a key role in driving a proactive safety culture through program development, field engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. The EHS Manager oversees site safety professionals and supports the execution of safety programs across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company safety standards. /ppbWhat kind of work will you be doing? /b /pulliLead the implementation and continuous improvement of construction safety programs across active project sites. /liliProvide leadership and oversight to site safety professionals, ensuring consistent execution of safety policies and procedures. /liliPartner with project leadership, contractors, and field teams to integrate safety planning into construction activities and project execution. /liliConduct safety audits, site assessments, and program evaluations to identify risks and implement corrective actions. /liliEnsure compliance with OSH and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.



/liliLead incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence. /liliDevelop and deliver safety training programs, orientations, and leadership coaching for field personnel and contractors. /liliSupport the development and execution of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. /liliEstablish and monitor key safety performance metrics and provide reporting and insights to leadership. /liliServe as the primary safety liaison with internal stakeholders, contractors, and project leadership teams. /liliPromote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive hazard identification across construction operations. /li /ulpbWhat will make you successful? /b /ppbRequired Qualifications /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health Safety, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. /lili8-10 years of construction safety experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. /liliDemonstrated experience managing safety programs within complex construction environments. /liliStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to influence safety culture and drive compliance across cross-functional teams. /li /ulpbCertifications /b /pulliNebosh or equivalent Construction Certification required. /liliSTS-C (Safety Trained Supervisor - Construction) or CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
