Senior Digital Visual

Designer in a nutshell At Milan Aesthetic Research Center we are looking for a Senior Digital Visual Designer to join our multidisciplinary design team based in Milan. The team's mission is to explore and develop innovative aesthetic solutions for the Harmony Operating System and all Huawei devices. Collaborate with designers, researchers, and developers to conceptualize and design visually compelling solutions Research and analyze emerging market trends across both design aesthetics and technology.

Conduct benchmark analyses of products, services, and digital experiences. Define UX concepts, future product visions, and user scenarios for next-generation products and services within the HarmonyOS ecosystem. Create high-quality visuals for digital interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience while maintaining brand consistency Contribute to the art direction and overall visual strategy of the team's projects Interact and potentially collaborate with motion designers and/or 3D artists (if applicable)



or experiment directly with motion & 3D to enhance visual concepts Proven experience in UI design and Art Direction, for digital products or ideally operating systems Strong portfolio showcasing advanced visual design skills and creativity A deep interest in technology and a passion for exploring cutting-edge design trends Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and AI generative tools (Midjourney, Magnific, Kling) A team player who can also work independently, with a positive and proactive attitude.

Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Willingness to work in a multicultural and international environment.
