Move with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a talented and highly motivated Mechatronic/Electronic Project Leader to drive the development, validation and industrialization of our mechatronic/electronic systems and devices. The role combines technical leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring the delivery of high quality, cost-effective, timely product solutions and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liLead the end‑to‑end development of assigned project, ensuring compliance with quality, performance, cost, and competitiveness targets. /li liGuarantee the achievement of project timing, milestones, and budget objectives.



/li liDefine technical specifications and system architectures, ensuring proper.integration of mechanics, electronics, and software. /li liSupervise system and hardware design choices to ensure maximum product.reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability. /li liManage and coordinate international OEM suppliers. /li liCoordinate cross‑functional teams involved in the assigned project (RD electronics, mechanics, firmware, manufacturing engineering, purchasing, quality). /li liOversee the creation, release, and maintenance of all technical documentation (specifications, BOM, test plans, reports). /li liSupport industrialization phases, ensuring smooth product start‑up and rapid issue resolution. /li liSupport DFMEA/PFMEA, design reviews, and risk mitigation strategies. /li liPromote continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and design methodologies. /li liCoordinate root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving activities to address product performance, reliability, or quality issues. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. You can be resourceful and responsive in a fast‑paced environment that requires a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence. /p h3What you should bring /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.



/li liExperience in mechatronic and/or electronic system design, development and industrialization. /li liExperience of embedded systems, sensors, power electronics, and networking technologies. /li liFamiliarity with product safety, EMC, and regulatory standards. /li liKnowledge with PLM system (e.G., Windchill ) for managing product structures, engineering changes, and BOMs. /li liKnowledge of validation and testing methodologies for mechatronic/ electronic systems. /li liNice to have experience with DFMEA/PFMEA. /li liProject management capabilities: planning, execution, risk management. /li liProblem‑solving mindset and structured analytical approach. /li liAbility to lead multidisciplinary teams in a structured product development process. /li liKnowledge of MS Office and project tracking tools (e.G.Jira, MS Project, Notion). /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 45,000 and 60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
