In this phase of business growth, the Corporate Strategy Finance Department is looking for the position outlined below. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentifying key targets: Companies, Products, Assets. /li liFocusing on internal and external stakeholders’ network (building, expanding, consolidating, updating). /li liMaintaining and regularly updating BD mapping and related platforms/tools. /li liSupporting business case preparation: Economics / PPT, termsheets/contracts understanding. /li liSupporting project team management: project planning/management, data room management (IN/OUT), due diligence management/coordination (IN/OUT). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Economics or Engineering. /li liFluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
