Role Description

The Senior Project Program Manager, working remotely, will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with StrategyRating's strategy and the achievement of business objectives.

In this full-time role, they will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, planning activities, defining milestones, and monitoring the time, cost, and quality of deliverables.

They will manage internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and information sharing, and preparing progress reports and presentations for management. They will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks, optimizing processes, and continuously improving project and program management methodologies.

The role requires strong decision-making autonomy, prioritization skills, and a focus on effective collaboration in digital and distributed environments.

Qualifications





- The candidate should possess solid project and program management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and control complex projects. • More than 8 years of experience in stakeholder management and effective communication is required, with the ability to negotiate, facilitate meetings, and build trusting relationships. • Data analysis and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to assess impacts, identify risks, and propose structured solutions. • Experience in international or cross-functional contexts is an advantage. • A degree with an MBO in economics, engineering, or a related field is required, along with excellent command of Italian and fluent English, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently and make decisions.
