You will collect, consolidate, and manage fabrication sequences prepared by Manufacturing Engineers, aligning them with resource availability and production calendars. You will focus on ensuring that the project delivery dates meet their targets through smooth, efficient, and cost‑effective production planning. You will work with the Component Delivery Manager team to optimize time and resources, anticipate potential scheduling issues, and develop recovery plans. You will be strongfully onsite /strong.brstrongKey Responsibilitiesbr/strongulliPerform medium‑ and long‑term planning for one or multiple manufacturing projects, developing and maintaining the Project Master Schedule based on fabrication sequences provided by Manufacturing Engineers /liliAssign lead times and required production resources to each operation, ensuring alignment with customer milestones and delivery commitments /liliIdentify and monitor the project critical path, supporting the Component Delivery Manager team in meeting project objectives /liliControl and expedite project execution,



tracking production progress and identifying deviations from plan /liliDefine, implement, and follow up on recovery plans when project progress is not aligned with objectives, minimizing disruptions and delays /liliPrepare and issue planning and reporting outputs, including manufacturing schedules, workload analysis, progress tracking, and variance reporting /liliIdentify critical situations such as resource overloads or bottlenecks and propose appropriate mitigation or recovery actions /liliSupport timely decision‑making for manufacturing activities to ensure continuity of operations /liliComply with company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, risk, and security applicable to the rolebr/li /ulstrongQualifications:br/strongulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering preferred (Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria preferred) /lili1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production planning roles (Junior level) /liliExperience as a Manufacturing / Production Planner in an industrial environment /liliWorking knowledge of ERP systems /liliAdvanced proficiency with MS Office tools (especially Excel, Project, Word) and Primavera or other planning/scheduling software /liliExperience working in team environment, supporting Project Managers and Operations Managers in production planning activities /liliEnglish proficiency at an intermediate levelbr/li /ulWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
