The company is mindful of the fact that quality products must be accompanied by excellent service in order to satisfy demanding consumers.Our Brand and Marketing Department for our office in Milan is looking for aJunior Art Director Triumph (f/m/d) (100%)This position is hybrid, with 2 mandatory days at our office in Milan.Your Responsibilities:Support art direction across visual exploration, shoots, campaigns, and brand content, working under the direction of the Senior Art Director and Creative DirectorAssist in developing concepts and translating them into tangible creative outputs: layouts, mockups, and supporting visual elements for internal teams and third-party partnersContribute to the creative process from brief through to final asset delivery, ensuring the work stays consistent and on brand at every stageBring strong design fundamentals to every project: typography, composition, colour, and layout, producing polished, on-brand work across a range of formatsDeliver design assets across campaign collateral, digital, and social formats, or POS adapting to the specific requirements of each channel and marketMaintain a high standard of finish and attention to detail across all outputs, flagging any quality or consistency issues to the Senior Art DirectorAssist on set, coordinating between creative, styling, and production teams to support smooth execution under the direction of the Senior Art DirectorSupport pre- and post-production workflows, from shoot preparation to asset handover, with close attention to detail and brand consistency throughoutRetouch, resize, and adapt assets across formats and channels,
ensuring each version meets the quality and specification requirements of the briefMaintain a well-organised, up-to-date creative library that supports the wider team’s efficiency and ensures assets are always accessible and correctly versionedYour ideal profile:You bring 2+ years of experience in art direction or graphic design, agency side, brand side, or both — with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong visual sensibility and genuine passion for fashion and designA skilled designer and visual thinker with solid fundamentals in typography, layout, composition, and colourExperienced supporting creative productions, shoots, campaigns, content, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentDetail-oriented and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and formats simultaneously without losing qualityA growing network of creative contacts across production, photography, and styling is a plus.A background in photography is a plusFamiliar with AI-powered creative tools and genuinely curious about how they can accelerate production and expand creative possibilitiesAsian heritage or experience creating for Asian markets is a strong advantage, bringing cultural sensitivity and relevance to Triumph’s international brand expressionsFluent in English (must have) and Italian (nice to have); additional languages welcomeWe offer:You will never walk aloneAs a family owned business with more than 135 years of experience, Triumph embraces diversity throughout our global organization.
