ppWe are currently looking a bSr. OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead /b, you will play a key role in protecting our client'smanufacturing operations by working closely with Manufacturing local teams, IT departments, Information Security, and global stakeholders. You will drive Cybersecurity initiatives across our OT environment while helping factories strengthen their cyber resilience and adopt secure ways of working. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead and coordinate global OT cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment across factories and stakeholders. /li liBuild strong relationships with factory leadership, OT factory teams, Digital Engineering, IT departments, and Information Security stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and advisor. /li liContribute to the deployment and governance of key cybersecurity standards, processes, and best practices across manufacturing environments such as OT /li liAsset Inventory, Vulnerability Management, Access Control, Incident Management, Backup Recovery, and Network Security. /li liLead the implementation of OT Solutions ownership model, identifying OT solutions and deploying Service management practices and Service criticality assessment across Manufacturing Operations. /li liSupport manufacturing sites in identifying, assessing, and resolving OT cybersecurity risks, issues, and actions. /li liMonitor cybersecurity performance and provide clear reporting on risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, and mitigation activities. /li liSupport OT factory teams in cybersecurity assessments, incident investigations, and remediation activities. /li liDeliver training, awareness sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen OT cybersecurity capabilities across OT factory teams and other departments. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of relevant experience in similar operational roles /li liStrong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across global and cross-functional teams. /li liExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. /li liExperience in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Operational Technology (OT), Cybersecurity. /li liKnowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and industry frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, or similar standards. /li liUnderstanding of manufacturing systems such as PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, historians, industrial networks, or related technologies. /li liExperience working with risk management,



vulnerability management, asset inventory, service management, cybersecurity governance processes. /li liA collaborative mindset and the ability to influence without direct authority. /li liExperience working in global environments and engaging with diverse teams and cultures. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes. /li liFluency in English. /li /ul h3Work conditions: /h3 ul liWorking hours: 40 working hours per week /li liContract type: Permanent /li liWorking setup (hybrid, on site, remote): 100% Remote /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liSalary starting with 55000 EUR gross/year, depending on seniority level. /li /ul pThe final salary offer will be determined based on gender-neutral, objective criteria, such as, but not limited to the experience and seniority level required for the role, as outlined in the job description.
