You will build hands-on experience with both traditional machine learning and emerging GenAI technologies, while helping prototype AI solutions that address real business needs in a real-world healthcare environment. /ppStarting in October 2026, this is a full-time Graduate Programme role based on-site in Milan, Italy. /ph3Your Responsibilities Will Be /h3ulliSupport the AI Development Team on real AI, machine learning and GenAI projects from exploration through to delivery. /liliWork with data and machine learning techniques to develop and evaluate models.



/liliBuild hands-on experience with both traditional machine learning and emerging GenAI technologies. /liliHelp prototype AI solutions that address real business needs. /liliWork closely with experienced AI developers and data scientists through coding, reviews and team discussions. /liliGain experience developing AI solutions in a real-world healthcare environment. /li /ulh3What Are We Looking For In You /h3ulliHave completed a bachelor´s or master´s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Maths, or a related field, or equivalent. /liliIdeally one year of related professional experience. /liliFluency in English (B2+/C1) /liliHave one AI or machine learning project you understand well and can talk through in detail. /liliHave a solid grasp of data science fundamentals and core machine learning algorithms. /liliHave working knowledge of Python and common machine learning libraries such as pandas or scikit-learn. /liliBe curious about GenAI and large language models, and how they are built. /liliExposure to healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries is a plus. /liliExperience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development practices is a plus. /liliExposure to AWS or Azure, particularly for data, AI, or machine learning workloads is a plus. /liliHands-on experience with GenAI development, such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents,
