ph3Senior BMS Engineer - Data Centre Project /h3pbMilan, Italy /b /ppb€60,000-€75,000 per annum + generous benefits /b /ppbPermanent, Tempo pieno /b /ph3Exciting Opportunity in Milan: /h3pAre you an experienced bBMS Engineer /b looking for your next major project? /ppWe are currently seeking a bSenior BMS Engineer /b to join a major bdata centre project in Milan /b, taking ownership of BMS engineering and design activities from development through to testing, commissioning and final handover. /ppThis is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong BMS professional who enjoys working on complex projects, coordinating specialist subcontractors and delivering high-quality engineering solutions within a demanding critical infrastructure environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliTaking ownership of bTier 2 engineering and design submittals /b /liliReviewing I/O and data point schedules, equipment schedules and schematics /liliCoordinating device and wiring layouts, panel designs and interlocks /liliDeveloping and reviewing functional specifications /liliManaging BMS subcontractor activities and monitoring engineering progress /liliCoordinating BMS works with mechanical, electrical and other project disciplines /liliSupporting design reviews, engineering changes and technical documentation /liliParticipating in bW1, W2 and W3 site walkdowns /b /liliIdentifying technical issues and driving them through to resolution /liliSupporting off-site testing, witness testing, commissioning and validation /liliEnsuring BMS systems are fully tested and ready for client handover /liliCoordinating OM manuals, record drawings and close-out documentation /liliSupporting final handover and ensuring all technical requirements are completed /li /ulh3About You:
