ph3Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /h3 pAPAC Region (international mobility required)We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our international team and support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across the APAC region.This role requires a strong background in special foundations, with hands-on experience in: /p ul liDiaphragm walls (Hydromill) /li liBored piles /li liCFA piles (Continuous Flight Auger) /li /ul h3Your Role /h3 pAs a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, coordinating Site Managers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and HSE standards.You will also play a key role in managing technical challenges on site and supporting execution strategies. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and coordinate Site Managers across multiple projects /li liEnsure construction activities are aligned with schedule, budget, and quality targets /li liMonitor progress (progress tracking reporting) and address delays or critical issues /li liValidate execution methodologies (Method Statements) /li liOversee special foundation works, including: ul liDiaphragm walls with Hydromill /li liBored piles /li liCFA piles /li /ul /li liTroubleshoot complex geotechnical and operational challenges /li liContribute to cost control and procurement strategies /li liEnsure compliance with HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture /li liManage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Civil Engineering or related field /li li10+ years of experience in infrastructure or geotechnical projects /li liProven experience in special foundations (must-have)
