Our vision: to be the world’s premier care partner. /p pRedion Employee Benefits is the global platform dedicated to the human capital of multinational corporations and, following the acquisition of Swiss Life Network earlier in 2026, the undisputed worldwide leader in employee benefits. /p pFor more information, please visit our website /p pAs bFinancial Reporting Data Quality Analyst /b, you will join the Financial Reporting Tax Team of Redion EB and contribute to the production, validation and continuous improvement of financial and management reporting processes supporting a global business operating across more than 120 countries. You will work in close collaboration with finance professionals and business stakeholders, contributing to the reliability, consistency and quality of the data used for management decision-making and regulatory reporting purposes. /p h3Your responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list): /h3 ul liSupporting the preparation and validation of periodic financial, management and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders; /li liPerforming data quality reviews and reconciliation activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of financial and business information; /li liAssisting in the analysis of reporting data, identifying trends, anomalies and areas requiring further investigation; /li liContributing to the maintenance and enhancement of reporting processes, methodologies and controls; /li liCollaborating with multiple functions across the organization to collect, review and challenge data used within reporting processes; /li liSupporting the production of executive dashboards,

From developing specialist expertise to leading international projects, taking on broader responsibilities, or stepping into management roles, we actively support career progression at every stage. /p pIf you're looking for an employer that invests in your future while giving you the freedom to make a difference today, we'd love to meet you. /p h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liknowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SQL or similar data analysis tools would be considered an advantage; /li liknowledge of SAP 4Hana, SAP SRV and/or Prima system would be considered a big asset; /li listrong analytical and quantitative mindset; /li linatural attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work; /li liability to manage and analyse large datasets while maintaining data integrity; /li ligood communication and interpersonal skills; /li licuriosity, willingness to learn and proactive attitude; /li liadvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel /li ligood command of English, any other language would be considered an asset /li /ul h3Ideal background would be /h3 ul li2 to 5 years of professional experience in financial reporting, audit, data analytics, controlling,



finance transformation or similar areas; /li liBachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; /li liPrevious experience within a Big 4 firm (Audit, Risk Advisory, Financial Advisory or Consulting) highly desirable; /li liExperience within insurance, reinsurance, financial services or regulated industries would be considered an advantage /li /ul pThe recruitment and selection process will be conducted in full compliance with the principles of equal opportunity, inclusion, and non-discrimination.
