Schindler Group /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 pAs a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will contribute to the development and industrialization of innovative mechanical solutions for elevator products. /p h3Your responsibilities include: /h3 ul liLeading the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies for elevator systems, ensuring compliance with technical, safety and quality requirements /li liCreating and reviewing 3D models, drawings and engineering documentation using PTC Creo and managing product data within Windchill /li liDriving technical decision-making and providing engineering guidance across development projects and design reviews /li liPerforming engineering calculations, tolerance analysis and technical validations to ensure robust and reliable solutions /li liSupporting product verification, prototyping and testing activities, analyzing results and implementing corrective actions when required /li liEnsuring design-to-cost, manufacturability, maintainability and serviceability throughout the product lifecycle /li liCoordinating with cross-functional teams including RD, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality and Supply Chain /li liActing as a technical mentor for junior engineers, supporting their development and promoting engineering excellence within the team /li /ul h3What You Bring (Required Qualifications) /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering /li liSeveral years of experience in mechanical design and product development within industrial engineering environments /li liAdvanced proficiency in PTC Creo for 3D modeling,
