In Italy, growth in subscription sales and the launch of "Installment from the Shop", our new self financing option for hardware purchases, has significantly increased the number of open payments that need active follow up. You'll be the dedicated point of contact for the Italian market, working closely with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Care teams to resolve overdue payments and keep customer accounts on track. /p h3What you'll do /h3 pContact merchants by phone and email to collect overdue subscription payments and negotiate repayment agreements /p pRespond to billing, payment and subscription queries raised by the Customer Success and Customer Care teams /p pManage cases in the Finance Salesforce queue in line with agreed service levels /p pProcess cancellation requests and other administrative account changes accurately and on time /p pCollaborate with external debt collection agencies on more complex cases /p pRead and interpret financial information across SumUp's platforms, primarily Salesforce /p h3You'll be great for this role if /h3 pFluency in Italian at native or near native level, alongside a good working level of English /p pExperience in a customer facing role that involved negotiation, sales conversations or payment collection /p pComfort working with Excel and financial or administrative data /p pStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a natural, sales oriented approach /p pGenuine energy and willingness to learn, with an interest in building a career in finance or credit operations /p pbNice to have:
