Our team works with clients in energy, technology, mining companies, through to multi-national corporate companies to whom we deliver a range of services including EHS strategy, designing and implementing EHS management systems, compliance management support and delivering audit programmes; and cover the breadth of environmental through to health and safety disciplines. /p h3Role Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupport in managing EHS aspects across all phases of a construction site project, from design and procurement through execution and commissioning. /li liIdentifying risks, conducting risk assessments and supporting the development of preventive measures to minimize accidents and environmental impacts. /li liAdvice and support for our clients in the implementation of standards and legal regulations in the area of occupational safety and health protection.



/li liRegularly review and update security policies and procedures to ensure they comply with current best practices and legal requirements. /li liPlanning, implementation and evaluation of training and workshops in the areas of occupational safety and health protection for our customers. /li liOn-site diagnostics to assess the current safety culture and develop tailor-made solutions to build a strong safety culture in our customer companies. /li liTravel regularly to our client, both in Italy and abroad. /li /ul h3About you: /h3 ul liCompleted studies or comparable training with a focus on environmental protection, occupational safety, health or sustainability. /li liProven experience as an HS expert with in-depth knowledge of legal regulations and industry standards in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection. /li liExperience in construction safety, preferably within industrial, infrastructures, energy, or large capital projects. /li liExperience in auditing and performing safety inspections and reviewing safety documentation. /li liExperience and/or strong interest in conducting training and workshops as well as implementing safe-culture in companies.
