We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.brstrongAbout The Rolebr/strongAs a Shift Supervisor you will provide leadership to the daily operations of the fabrication department.brYou will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.brstrongKey Responsibilitiesbr/strongulliAssign tasks to team members based on schedules and qualifications; /liliEnsure safe use of equipment and materials; report and investigate safety issues by ARC; /liliCommunicate company updates and safety messages during weekly meetings; /liliConduct quality and standard work peer checks to ensure compliance; /liliImplement training plans and maintain accurate documentation; /liliCoordinate with planning and production teams to track progress and address schedule deviations; /liliMonitor staffing needs, apply corrective actions, and support process continuity; /liliMaintain workplace organization, production records, teamwork, and up-to-date employee training.br/li /ulstrongQualifications:br/strongulliHigh school diploma; /liliAt least five years of directly related experience in heavy manufacturing; /liliBasic knowledge of measuring instruments and shop math; /liliProficiency with blue prints; /liliAvailability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. /liliKnowledge of Italian and English languages (min.
