ph3Client Management - Infrastructure, Power Utilities /h3 /brpMarsh Risk is looking for candidates to join our bClient Management structure /b in the bInfrastructure, Power Utilities Team /b based in bMilan /b. /p /brpOur Team advises Clients on brisk and insurance issues impacting operational and financial success /b throughout the entire bconstruction and power energy value chain. /b We help them to succeed by reducing the total cost of risk, managing volatility, and providing advice and solutions that enable them to invest confidently for the future. /p /brpOur brokers combine bdeep industry expertise /b with ourb industry-leading analytics and predictive modeling engines /bto determine which risks to retain or transfer to make optimal risk-finance decisions and then implement cost-effective solutions. /p /brh3What can you expect? /h3 /brul /brliManage a portfolio of predominantly large, complex and/or multinational clients in Construction and Power Energy industries, with a focus on growth (e.g., increasing amount or type of coverage, and/or products and services, for existing accounts) and retention; /li /brliInterface closely with Specialties, Placement, Operations and Insurers to support client retention and new business production; /li /brliImplement the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service, negotiating with relevant insurance carriers to define the best solutions to meet clients’ needs; Lead and sign off insurance program design activities; /li /brliOffer technical advice and make informed recommendations leveraging product expertise, delivering comprehensive reviews of account needs and risks from a managing and financing standpoint; /li /brliProduce budget proposals and negotiate fees; /li /brliHost client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams; /li /brliStrive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients.
