And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work. /p pWith industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, bStellantis /b could consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets, while creating superior value for all stakeholders. /p h3Job Overview /h3 h3Mission /h3 pbFor future products, ensure customer protection by assessing project maturity and compliance with Product Development standards from concept development through Start of Production, supporting robust launches. /b /p ul liContribute to vehicle milestone assessments, evaluating readiness, risks and compliance with Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance objectives. /li liIn link the Project Teams follows the convergence to the deliverables expected for each milestone. /li liEstablishes with the Project Team the roadmap of the actions to be done until the milestone, based on a rating of the topics to fulfil /li liConducts a forecast of the "Program Stoppers" status,



4 weeks before the milestone to identify the needed escalations /li liEnsures that all Project expected deliverables are achieved at each milestone /li liDraws up the milestone assessment and its synthesis /li liconduct a complete analysis of the project status thanks to the different KPIs (Quality, Performance, Cost, Time Schedule, Industrial, Purchasing, Brand) /li liperform interviews of the Project team, analyze Design assessments provided by Metafunctions/contributors and projects deliverables, challenge the data provided. Participate if needed to technical meetings of the project or to plant visits to increase the robustness of the assessment /li liensure that all the objective (QCDP) risks or gaps have a corrective plan. Contribute to structure the mitigation/recovery plans and the associated success conditions /li liidentify the pre-SOP audits to be performed in the plant according to the manufacturing perimeter /li licoordinate with other Milestone assessors for related programs (platform, adaptation, module, propulsion system, top hat) /li lipropose to pass or not the milestone. In this case of a No Go, define the activities which could continue /li lishare the Milestone assessment status with the stakeholders and produce the Milestone assessment extract to be included in the deck presented to the governance for decision /li limanage the proofreading meeting of the milestone assessment with the Project and the main actors of the other directions involved,



ensure the final distribution of the milestone assessment is done to the right people in the company /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li10-15 years’ experience in Product Development and/or Quality /li liUnderstanding of Module Organization /li liKnowledge on On-board and Off-Board connectivity projects development and/or cockpit developments /li liProfessional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) /li liPractical knowledge of automotive quality management tools and methodologies /li liExperience with quality metrics, performance monitoring, customer audit processes, non-conformance management and continuous improvement systems /li liFamiliarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), issue tracking and requirements management tools (e.g. Polarion or equivalent) /li liGood knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Design and Process FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA), auditing, risk management and problem-solving methodologies /li liUnderstanding of Product Development Processes (PDP), including hardware and software development lifecycles /li liAbility to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from 52.000 € to 56.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the hird professional area. /li /ul h3Disclaimer /h3 pAt bStellantis /b, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
