4 weeks before the milestone to identify the needed escalations /li liEnsures that all Project expected deliverables are achieved at each milestone /li liDraws up the milestone assessment and its synthesis /li liconduct a complete analysis of the project status thanks to the different KPIs (Quality, Performance, Cost, Time Schedule, Industrial, Purchasing, Brand) /li liperform interviews of the Project team, analyze Design assessments provided by Metafunctions/contributors and projects deliverables, challenge the data provided. Participate if needed to technical meetings of the project or to plant visits to increase the robustness of the assessment /li liensure that all the objective (QCDP) risks or gaps have a corrective plan. Contribute to structure the mitigation/recovery plans and the associated success conditions /li liidentify the pre-SOP audits to be performed in the plant according to the manufacturing perimeter /li licoordinate with other Milestone assessors for related programs (platform, adaptation, module, propulsion system, top hat) /li lipropose to pass or not the milestone.
