Manpower Professional is recruiting on behalf of a vibrant and contemporary hospitality group for an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of an innovative fine-dining concept.

We are seeking a highly experienced culinary professional with a strong background in Asian cuisine, particularly Chinese gastronomy, and a broad understanding of diverse Asian culinary traditions.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for kitchen operations and lead a

well-structured brigade within a fast-growing and ambitious restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the kitchen brigade (approximately 8–10 team members across two operational sections)

- Manage staff scheduling and ensure efficient kitchen workflows

- Oversee purchasing, supplier relationships, and food cost control

- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and recipe consistency

- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members





- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the culinary offering

Requirements:

- Proven track record as an Executive Chef or Head Chef

- Extensive experience in Asian cuisine, ideally with a strong focus on Chinese cuisine

- Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire structured teams

- Strong leadership skills with an empathetic, people-focused approach

- A collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering a positive team culture

Package:

- CCNL Turismo / Commercio – 3° livello iniziale

- Permanent or fixed-term contract, depending on the candidate’s profile

- Competitive gross annual salary ranging from €45,000 to €55,000, based on experience and qualifications
