We collaborate with teams to solve technical challenges and design future innovations. /p pTalamona manufacturing plant is the center of excellence for high tech turbomachinery components, and takes advantage of top notch technology in the industry such as additive manufacturing, advanced coatings, precision machining, robotics and automation. /p h3Partner with the best /h3 pAs a Manufacturing Engineering professional at Baker Hughes, you will support the development, improvement, and execution of manufacturing processes for high-tech turbomachinery components. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, safety, and operational performance, contributing to the introduction of new products, processes, and technologies. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupport the development, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, cost, and cycle times. /li liCollaborate with engineering, production, quality, and operational teams to ensure robust, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing solutions. /li liContribute to the introduction of new products, processes, equipment, and technologies within the manufacturing environment (Production Cycles, CAD/CAM). /li liAnalyze process performance, production feedback, and technical data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making. /li liPrepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, standards, work instructions, and process-related information. /li liProvide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and ensure product quality.
/li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across manufacturing activities. /li liEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and company requirements. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role ideally you should have: /p ul liBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent proven experience. /li liExperience in manufacturing, production engineering, machining, or technical process support within an industrial environment. /li liGood technical understanding of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and industrial operations. /li liKnowledge of CAD/CAM systems, CNC machining, automation, robotics, or digital manufacturing tools is considered a plus. /li liProblem-solving mindset, analytical approach, and attention to detail. /li liStrong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. /li liAbility to manage priorities, work independently, and support multiple technical activities. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
