Every day the industry and deugro face the challenges of thelogistics industry and our employees use their expertise to ensure large cargois transported safely, effectively, and efficiently, through innovative andcreative logistical solutions. /p /brpBecome a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Tender Specialist inSegrate (Milan), Italy. /p /brpbKey Responsibilities: /b /p /brul /brliPreparation of competitive and high-quality project solutions proposals in response to RFQs/RFIs/RFPs received from clients within the region including: /li /brliSourcing and cost analysis /li /brliPreparation of high-quality bid documentation /li /brliSupporting contract implementation and client onboarding /li /brliMaintaining up-to-date records, rate database and CRM /li /brliPreparation of quotations to clients and overseas offices for air, ocean or road according to the cargo requirements for both import, export and x-trade /li /brliSourcing rates from subcontractors, overseas offices, support functions and analyze inputs into comprehensive, competitive offers /li /brliUnderstanding customers scope of work and requirements, identifying risks related on these and mitigating the risks by agreeing on terms and conditions /li /brliReporting and analyzing business results and targets/KPI’s within scope /li /brliAny mutually agreed sales, operations and/or business development activities to achieve growth and profitability /li /br /ul /brpbSkills, knowledge, and expertise: /b /p /brul /brliCommercial and operational experience in General Cargo, Break Bulk, Oversized and Heavy Lift shipments (multi-modal) /li /brliIdeally,
