We are looking for a talented engineer to join our bAMS Verification team /b and contribute to the functional verification of badvanced mixed-signal ASICs /b for applications including bPMICs, wireless charging, battery charging, display drivers /b, and other complex integrated solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with banalog, digital, and system-level designers /b to develop and validate bhigh-quality behavioral models /b and bSystem Verilog real-number models /b used in bAMS and DMS verification flows /b. You will work on models that may be bhierarchical or flat /b, as well as bblack-box or white-box /b, depending on the verification needs and project phase. You will be responsible for:



/p ul liPreparing and configuring bmixed-signal simulation environments /b based on technical documentation /li liExecuting simulations and analyzing results with rigor and attention to detail /li liValidating outcomes in close cooperation with banalog and digital design teams /b /li liProducing clear, structured btechnical documentation /b to present results, assumptions, and conclusions /li liContributing to the continuous evolution of verification methodologies and simulation flows in an bRD environment /b /li /ul h3Desired profile /h3 ul libMaster’s degree /b in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering /li liStrong ability to understand the barchitecture and behavior of complex electronic systems /b /li liSolid programming skills and an analytical mindset /li liStrong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude /li liExperience with bSystem Verilog real-number modeling /b is highly valued /li liFamiliarity with bmixed-signal simulation platforms /b such as: /li liMentor Questa/ADMS /li liCadence Xcelium/AMS /li liSynopsys VCS/AMS /li liKnowledge of bVHDL, Verilog, Verilog-AMS, or System Verilog /b is a plus /li /ul pThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical, high-impact environment and is motivated by the opportunity to shape the verification of next-generation mixed-signal products.



The expected salary range for this position is €37500 - €42000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role. In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
