We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Product Development Fancy Accessories to join our Accessories Team. Supported by the Development Manager, this role is pivotal in driving new collection development, from ideation to the 'GO STYLE' phase, by effectively balancing design aesthetics with technical feasibility, cost efficiency, quality standards, and tight deadlines. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Style and Marketing teams and animate all the industrial stakeholders ensuring timely execution of mock-ups and prototypes in adherence to Maison quality standards and industrial strategies.

- Sourcing specific materials, technics or suppliers upon the project brief
- Monitor mock-ups and prototypes arrival for collection meetings and conduct weekly development follow-ups
- Overseeing special order samples: orders, deliveries, and dispatch
- Responsible for planning the creative brief all the way through to the GO STYLE phase
- Design to Cost approach
- Degree in Industrial Design, Engineering or similar; ~5/7 years of experience in product development roles for Accessoires (metal, leather, multiple materials, etc.); ~ Experience as a Project Manager.
~ Hight interest in products, ideally in leather goods and a good understanding of the luxury market. ~ Knowledge of leather goods development/design would be a plus ~ Good knowledge of the Office suite and PLM. ~ Languages:Fluent in Italian and English, French would be a plus. ~ Frequent weekly travel within Italy and France is required.

Excellent communication skills in environments with diverse stakeholders and good adaptability For this position employment is expected at Level5 of the Occhialeria CCNL. The gross annual salary will be defined based on internal salary standards, the candidate's skills, and the requirements of the role. Further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.
