Role Description The President is a full-time remote executive role responsible for providing strategic leadership, setting the overall vision, and driving sustainable growth for Tax & Legal Nexus. This position oversees core business functions, including tax advisory, corporate consultancy, and litigation services, ensuring alignment with TLN’s values and market positioning.

The President will lead and mentor senior managers, establish performance goals, and ensure consistent service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction across all practice areas. Daily responsibilities include reviewing key client engagements and complex tax or legal matters,



making high-level decisions on resource allocation, and guiding risk management and regulatory compliance. The role also involves representing TLN externally, building strategic partnerships, shaping thought leadership in tax and legal domains, and identifying new opportunities and service innovations to enhance competitiveness.

The President will collaborate closely with the board and founders to refine long-term strategies, manage financial performance, and safeguard organizational culture and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Proven executive leadership experience in tax advisory, legal services, management consulting, or a related professional services environment.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and organizational management skills, including experience with growth initiatives and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of tax and regulatory frameworks (e.g., income tax, sales tax, excise, and corporate law), with the ability to oversee complex advisory and litigation matters.
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, client relationship building, and partnership development across corporate and institutional sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, digitally enabled environment.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering accountability, and promoting an ethical, client-centered culture.
