Role Description The Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A;) Analyst will support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities for our customers.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Brunico, with the flexibility to work from home on agreed days.

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing financial and valuation analyses, preparing models and reports, and supporting due diligence activities across targeted companies and assets.

The M&A; Analyst will assist in preparing presentation materials for internal stakeholders and external counterparts, collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and verify financial and operational data, and monitor market trends and competitive dynamics relevant to the company’s strategic initiatives.

The role also involves maintaining organized documentation, contributing to process improvements in transaction workflows, and ensuring clear communication of findings.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop clear insights.
- Solid finance knowledge,



with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and investment analysis.
- Hands-on experience in due diligence, including document review, data validation, and risk identification.
- Proficiency in valuation techniques, such as DCF, comparable company analysis, and transaction multiples.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial or BI tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
- Prior experience in M&A;, corporate finance, consulting, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
