We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy. Own MEP Cost Planning & Estimates – Generate detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing cost plans, ensuring alignment with design and scope while keeping budgets under control.



Report & Forecast MEP Costs – Deliver regular MEP-specific cost reports, forecasts, and analyses that inform project financial decision-making.

Collaborate with MEP Teams for Cost Control – Partner with engineers and site teams to resolve technical issues while safeguarding budgets and ensuring specifications are met.
