CEVA Logistics is looking for a Communications Specialist to join its Communications & Marketing team in Italy on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. In this highly visible role, you will lead the local communications agenda across CEVA’s business lines in Italy and contribute to strategic communications initiatives at European level. You will work closely with country leadership, regional communications teams and key business stakeholders to strengthen CEVA’s reputation, increase brand visibility and support employee and customer engagement.

Define and deliver the communications plan for Italy, aligned with global brand guidelines and regional business priorities • Act as a trusted communications advisor to country and regional leadership • Contribute to pan-European campaigns, projects and working groups • Develop high-quality content, including press releases, articles, newsletters, speeches, briefing notes and social media content • Coordinate interviews, corporate announcements, executive messaging and thought-leadership content • Lead internal communications initiatives, employee campaigns, leadership messages and internal events • Manage the regional LinkedIn presence and collaborate with global digital teams • Coordinate agencies, freelancers, creative partners and communications budgets Experience in B2B communications • Degree in Communications, Marketing,
