The role

Italy is one of our three launch markets. As Marketing Manager Italy you are the marketing counterpart for our Italian country team and the bridge between our central marketing organisation and the Italian market.

This is a true allrounder role. Brand, content and campaigns are built centrally and your job is to make them land in Italy - across website, social media, PR and local events. You sharpen the message for Italian installers and Italian consumers (homeowners), you decide what genuinely needs a local answer and you feed that insight back into the central work early enough to shape it.

You will not have a large local team behind you. You will have a small central team, strong global assets and a lot of freedom to decide what Italy needs.

The exchange runs both ways. Alongside your work for Italy you will contribute to global marketing projects and take ownership of individual work packages beyond your own market.

What you will do

- Plan, prepare and run local events together with the Italian country team - installer events, partner days, trade fairs and product demonstrations.
- Own the local event calendar, from concept and logistics to on-site execution and follow-up.
- Adapt global brand and campaign content for the Italian market - website, social media, PR, sales and installer material.
- Own the Italian version of lone.com,



manage translation and transcreation partners and guard the Italian tone of voice.
- Localise social media content for the Italian audience together with our Content and Social Media Manager.
- Drive local PR activities and build relationships with Italian trade and consumer media.
- Support our installer-first go-to-market with local marketing programmes and co-marketing for wholesalers and partners.
- Manage the local marketing budget and report on the KPIs that matter for Italy.
- Contribute to global marketing projects and take ownership of individual work packages across markets.

What we are looking for

- 3-6 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a broad allrounder role.
- Proven experience making international campaigns and content work in a local market, with the judgement to see what needs adapting and what does not.
- Hands-on event experience, from planning to on-site delivery.
- Comfortable across the full marketing mix: content, social, PR, events and sales support.
- Experience working with agencies, translators and external partners.
- Comfortable working in an international team and keen to contribute beyond your own market.
- A pragmatic doer mentality. You get things live rather than perfect.
- Italian at native level, English fluent. German is a plus.
- Willing to travel regularly within Italy and to our Vienna headquarters.
