SumUp is seeking a hands-on Field Sales Territory Manager to lead, inspire, and scale our field operations across Liguria, based in Genova. You will lead from the front, accompany your team on visits, and drive results through direct engagement with merchants.
You will develop and execute a territory strategy, coach around 10 Representatives, and monitor KPIs while collaborating with central teams to optimize incentives and brand presence.
