YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Learning Experience & Content Operations Specialist, based in Milan, you will join Accademia dei Maestri, the Group function dedicated to fostering knowledge transfer and preserving the craftsmanship, expertise, and capabilities that define our brands.
Reporting to the Academy Training Manager, you will play a key role in enabling a seamless and engaging learning experience across the Group by managing digital learning operations, supporting learner journeys, and ensuring the effective administration of our Learning Management System (LMS).
More Specifically, You Will
- Manage the day-to-day administration and continuous evolution of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring an efficient and user-friendly learning environment.
- Configure and maintain courses, learning paths, certifications, audiences, enrollments, and learning catalogues to support business and learner needs.
- Support learner journeys through course assignments, learning campaigns, onboarding initiatives, and digital learning programs across the Group.
- Partner with HR teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to coordinate learning operations and drive platform enhancements.
- Create and deliver learner communications, provide user support, and promote engagement across digital learning initiatives.
- Prepare monthly learning reports and maintain accurate learning records to support reporting requirements, compliance monitoring, and audit activities.
- Monitor learning performance and LMS adoption metrics, providing insights that support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
WHO YOU ARE
- You bring 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Digital Learning, Instructional Design, LMS Operations, or Training Administration.
- You're skilled in Learning Management Systems, digital learning technologies, reporting, content administration, and learning operations management.
- You're known for being a positive, proactive, and service-oriented professional, able to take ownership and drive activities independently.
- You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You build effective relationships with stakeholders and communicate clearly with different audiences across the organization.
- You communicate fluently in Italian and English.
- Nice to have: attention to client experience and sensitivity to fashion and luxury.
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS.
WHAT WE OFFER
- The position provides for a base salary between: €30.000 - €35.000. Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
- The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, taking into account the requirements and responsibilities of the role as well as the candidate’s relevant professional experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
