Il/La Key Entry si occupa di gestire le attività relative al rapporto con i clienti, collaborando con gli altri reparti aziendali con l’obiettivo di garantire la massima soddisfazione del cliente.

La risorsa si occuperà di gestire le richieste tecniche sul servizio offerto da Rentokil Initial in caso di reclami.

Di pari importanza rientrano nelle sue responsabilità attività di back office (creazione offerte, gestione ordini, etc) e attività di data key entry per l’inserimento e l’archiviazione di tutta la documentazione.

DESCRIZIONE DELLE PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ’ DELLA MANSIONE

- Garantire la risposta telefonica professionale a clienti e colleghi;
- Tracciare, gestire e, nel caso, indirizzare le segnalazioni pervenute telefonicamente o via mail dai clienti e dai colleghi, assicurandosi che le stesse vengano risolte nei tempi e modi previsti;
- Verificare la Customer Satisfaction a seguito della risoluzione del problema;
- Verifica della correttezza e coerenza dei documenti necessari per l'inserimento rispetto alle policies in vigore
- Verifica della esaustività e correttezza dei documenti e/o delle informazioni fornite dal Sales
- Si assicura che l'inserimento a sistema sia completo e corretto in tutte le sue parti come indicato nel paragrafo
- Verifica tramite Sales Statistics del sistema operativo eventuali correzioni per effettuare un calcolo corretto degli incentivi complessivi alla forza vendita

Rentokil Initial Italia offre i punti di forza e l'esperienza di una organizzazione multi-nazionale, pur mantenendo l'agilità e le caratteristiche di una società locale.

L'attività di Rentokil Initial in Italia si distingue per l'attenzione alla qualità del servizio e per l'ampia gamma di clienti che serve attraverso le sue due principali divisioni.

Initial Hygiene, specializzata nella fornitura di servizi per l'igiene, offrendo soluzioni che spaziano dalla gestione dei servizi igienici, alla disinfezione e sanificazione di ambienti. L'espansione di questa divisione è stata accelerata grazie all'acquisizione di CWS-boco Italia e, più recentemente, nel 2023, con l'acquisizione dell'azienda LFree, ampliando ulteriormente la sua offerta di soluzioni igieniche.

Rentokil Pest Control: dedicata alla disinfestazione e al monitoraggio degli infestanti. Si occupa della gestione di parassiti, insetti e altri infestanti, utilizzando tecnologie avanzate per prevenire e controllare queste problematiche. Un'importante acquisizione per questa divisione è stata quella di Gico Systems nel 2021, e nel 2023, Sogessp, azienda specializzata nel trattamento a calore per il controllo degli infestanti.Infine nel dicembre 2025 è stata acquisita Evoluzione Servizi, realtà specializzata nella gestione degli infestatni con trattamenti a calore ed anossia.

Queste acquisizioni hanno permesso di ampliare ulteriormente le capacità di Rentokil Pest Control nel fornire soluzioni sempre più innovative ed efficaci.

Lo staff è composto ora da circa 750 dipendenti, che assicurano la copertura del servizio su tutto il territorio nazionale agli oltre 28.000 clienti.

- Studi: preferenziale diploma e precedente esperienza di almeno 1/2 anni in funzione similare nel settore servizi
