Role Description The Junior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vicenza Metropolitan Area. This position supports the sales team in managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with sales presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, updating CRM records, and tracking sales performance metrics. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth delivery of products or services and a positive client experience.

- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting information to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort with using CRM software and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) to track data and prepare reports.
- Analytical mindset and interest in understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and willingness to learn from senior sales colleagues.
- Self-motivated attitude, reliability, and a strong commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory business practices.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Professional working proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Greater Vicenza Metropolitan Area are a plus.
