Aboutthe Role The IT/OTCybersecurity Managerisresponsible,todefine,engineer,implementandmonitoring,procedureplatformsandbestpracticesneededtoguaranteethehigheststandardof Cybersecurityfor ITand OTnetworkinside Vaulticaorganizationandinfrastructures. Hewillact,incoordinationwithother IT, Network, Engineeringand Criticaloperationinorderthedrivethecompaniestoimplementcybersecuritystandards. Hewillcooperatetomaintainsecuritycertification(ISO, SOC,...). Hewillactforall EMEAorganization.

Responsibilities

Defining Companystandardsintermsof IT/OTCybersecuritybalancingrequirementsandcosts. Managingsuppliersandvendors(SLA,budget); Engineeringof IT/OT-relatedsolutionsforvariousprojectandoperationalneeds.



Collaboratewithotherinternaldepartmentstodefineandimplement SWpatching. Continuouslyassesstheinfrastructure,identifyrisksandpropose/implementmitigationplan. Implementandmaintainsecuritycontrols. Developandmaintainprocedures. Monitor IT/OTplatformtoidentifythreatsandreact.

Leadsecuritycertificationprocess(SOC, ISO). Researchandrecommendinnovative,andwherepossibleautomatedapproaches. Availabilitytotravelmostlyin EMEA. Availabilitytobeoncall. Qualifications 3+yearsof OTSecurityexperience. 6+yearsof ITsecurityexperience. Knowledgeofaspectsconcerningnetworkandapplicationsecuritywithregardtointrusionprevention/detectionplatforms,trafficanalysisandanomalydetection. Experiencein PMOactivities.

Knowledgeofindustrialautomationsystems(IACS=Industrial Automationand Control System); Knowledgeof DCS, PLC, SCADAetc.andissuesrelatingtoindustrialcommunication.

Knowledgeofnetworkandindustrialcommunicationprotocol(Modbus, Bacnet,..). Knowledgeofthemain Standardsinthefieldof OTSecurity(IEC61860, IEC62443, ISO2700x); Experiencedeployingorsupportingsecuritypracticesandtechnologiessuchasriskorvulnerabilityassessments,antivirussoftware,firewalls,intrusiondetectionsystems,centralizedalertloggingandmonitoringin ICSenvironments(energycompaniesorlargemanufacturingorganizations).
