Investment Associate - Milan based PE Firm A well-established European PE firm with €1bn+ AUM is expanding its investment team. The leadership team brings extensive experience from bulge bracket investment banks and top-tier EU and US funds. This position offers a unique opportunity for the candidate to gain hands-on exposure to the investment lifecycle, supporting deal execution, portfolio monitoring, and strategic initiatives across one of the firm’s core verticals.
The firm is looking to grow the linguistic capabilities of the team as it continues to expand its international reach.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of full-time experience at a leading bulge bracket investment bank or an elite boutique, ideally with a M&A; background
- A European language other than Italian is strictly required
