• High School diploma or equivalent required. Requires relevant management or leadership experience. Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and professionally with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing. Excellent customer service skills required. Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, correspondence, blueprints, construction plans, plats and development plans. Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.



Fundamental knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations. Knowledge of all Perry Homes policies and procedures applicable to construction personnel and construction activities.
