In this hands‐on role you will learn about the complexity of operations at a global business and what it takes to make everything run seamlessly. The position is classified at level 2 or above, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience.

The minimum gross‐annual base salary for this position is 38,200 EUR. The base salary listed corresponds to a full‐time basis; for part‐time hours the salary will be pro‐rated. Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience.

Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity across all shifts, meeting business objectives Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building and maintaining a strong team culture Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes You'll work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site, monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritise routine team management and daily operational tasks, and manage individual escalations,



process improvement work and wide‐scale operational contingency planning.

Working with colleagues in other teams and external partners ensures we stay on track to meet customer demands and targets. This involves analysing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area, and discussing operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.
