Italia, we are currently looking for a Field Sales Engineer to join our team in South Area (Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, and Sicily).

Your Exciting Field Of Work In this role, you will act as the technical and commercial point of contact in the assigned territory. Managing and developing the customer portfolio within the assigned territory through regular and qualified coverage Systematically acquiring new target customers through proactive field sales activities Presenting our technical solutions and supporting customers during the project development phase Actively managing the sales pipeline in the CRM and contributing to the achievement of sales targets Working closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure integrated and synergetic market coverage Participating in trade fairs, industry events, and local marketing initiatives Technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications, or an equivalent qualification; a technical degree is considered a plus Previous experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the electronics or electromechanical sector Good command of English Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with technical customers and decision-makers Good knowledge of the industrial landscape in Southern Italy is considered a plus A modern workplace with spacious offices and a young, dynamic company culture A real opportunity to contribute to the growth of an international company operating in more than 50 countries Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Company car + expense reimbursement + corporate welfare benefits We all work as one, because we know we can achieve more as a team.
