You are the person who opens the market. Visit pet shops in your city every day, around 10 to 12 stores. Pitch our starter pack to the owner, set up our POS display in the shop, and leave it there working for you.

Follow up by phone with the stores you have already visited to take repeat orders. Report directly to me, not to three layers of management.
