Reporting to the F&B; Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B; service in any of our outlets.

- This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.

Act as the point of reference for the F&B; outlets operations during the shift.

Take guests food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys). Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations. Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.

Order and restock outlet inventory and record transaction in the company purchasing system. Balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank in compliance with Marriott International Policies of cash handling. Act as departmental trainer for discipline and Marriott International&Brand; trainings Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.

At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English. Positive outlook and dependability. Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
