Global E-Commerce D2C For our Direct E-commerce business we are looking for an intern who wants to learn by working on real, high-impact projects as part of a fast-growing, dynamic fashion company. This is a chance to build genuine e-commerce experience as part of the team running the direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels at PHILIPP PLEIN.

This is the opportunity for someone who is eager to try and learn, curious and analytical, who takes ownership of their work and can follow through independently, who enjoys thinking beyond the obvious to find practical solutions to real problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the day-to-day management and operations of the company’s 5 Direct E-Commerce channels
- Assist with product catalogue and content management: uploads, product descriptions, imagery
- Help plan and execute onsite activities, promotions and campaign launches, as well as communications (email marketing, advertisement etc)
- Ensure the correct work of the websites and assist in the constant update of their visual/informational content
- Monitor site performance, traffic and conversion,



and analyze the drivers behind results
- Assist in weekly & monthly reports preparations, identify key actions to improve main KPIs
- Identify friction points in the customer journey and propose, and help test, improvements
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Logistics, Customer Service and IT to ensure correct execution
- Contribute to competitor and market benchmarking
- Take ownership of small projects from start to finish
- Help find and execute opportunities in automation to ensure efficiency

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Business or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel; Google Analytics or BI tools is a plus
- Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
- Analytical and hands-on, able to work on different project and priorities
- AI-savvy mindset - comfortable using AI tools to work smarter
- Genuine interest in luxury fashion and digital retail
