Restaurant Director - Ibiza Our 2 restaurants are well-established restaurants located in Ibiza (Eivissa + central island location). We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on and experienced Restaurant Director to lead our team and continue delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Your mission Manage the daily operations of the restaurant with assistance of our current manager Lead, motivate and develop a multicultural team Deliver exceptional customer service Control labour costs, food costs and profitability Recruit, train and evaluate employees Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards Work closely with the owner to drive growth and continuous improvement Profile Minimum 3 years'
