WHO WE LOOK FOR We are looking for a Digital Campaign/Performance Marketing Specialist, who will join our Performance Marketing team. As a Digital Campaign/Performance Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the execution and optimization of digital media campaigns within Flipp's Private Shopper Network and across external platforms. Set up, launch, and manage digital media campaigns across diverse platforms, aligning with business objectives and KPIs.

- Proactively monitor live campaigns for performance, accurate implementation, and continuous optimization.
- Partner cross‐functionally with Content, Operations, Sales, and Analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution and goal achievement.
- Recommend data‐driven optimization strategies based on performance trends and established best practices.
- Review performance data to identify trends, anomalies, or delivery risks.
- Identify and support the resolution of executional, delivery, or data integrity issues in collaboration with senior team members and cross‐functional partners. -Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes, boosting campaign execution and operational efficiency by sharing learnings and feedback.

Publisher, and other internal & external stakeholders to identify and resolve performance or workflow issues proactively. 1‐3 years working in a relevant industry/position (i.e. digital media agency or news media company) or equivalent practical experience.
