We’re Hiring: French-Speaking Technical Designer | Milan, Italy

We are looking for a French-speaking Technical Designer to join our team in Milan, Italy.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing technical design solutions for thermal networks using our innovative products. You will work closely with our Customer Service and International Sales teams, supporting both internal and external customers with your technical expertise.

This is a hybrid position (50% office-based) and is also a great opportunity for recent engineering graduates looking to start their professional career in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop design solutions for thermal networks using the company’s products
- Review and optimize project execution plans
- Prepare proposals for thermal network systems
- Perform detailed static calculations for thermal networks
- Conduct heat loss analyses
- Prepare bills of materials
- Create assembly diagrams using AutoCAD




- Provide technical advice to internal and external customers
- Collaborate with Customer Service and International Sales teams

Requirements

- Higher technical education
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Very good knowledge of English and French, both written and spoken (minimum B2), native Italian.
- Goal-oriented and responsible approach to assigned tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation: Gross annual salary (RAL): €25,000 – €50,000, depending on experience, qualifications and skills.
