The role

This internship offers the opportunity to support the Data Analytics team in data collection, analysis and reporting activities that enable business performance monitoring and informed decision-making. The role provides hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence and performance management within a dynamic and fast-paced multinational environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You will support the team in:

- Collecting, processing and analyzing data from multiple business sources to support performance monitoring and business decision-making.
- Preparing periodic reports, dashboards and data visualization tools, helping to track key performance indicators and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Supporting the management, quality control and maintenance of company databases, ensuring data accuracy,



consistency and reliability.
- Contributing to business intelligence and advanced analytics projects, working with different business functions to generate actionable insights and support strategic and operational decisions.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports and market analyses, helping communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the organization.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Master's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
- Curiosity, attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Thinks end-to-end and takes ownership for results.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization.
- Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working.
