We are partnering with a leading global FMCG company to appoint a Country Manager to take full ownership of the Italian market. This is a high-impact commercial role with end-to-end responsibility for driving growth through a distributor-led model, covering both branded and private label business.

Own the Italy P&L; and commercial strategy Drive business planning, pricing, and negotiations Work cross-functionally with European HQ teams FMCG commercial profile (ideally from companies such as Nestlé, Danone, Unilever, Ferrero, or similar) Strong experience in the Italian market Proven success in sales, key account management, or distributor markets Experience owning or influencing P&L; Fluent in Italian and English Willing to relocate to Copenhagen Full ownership of a priority European market International career opportunity within a top-tier FMCG environment This position is based in Copenhagen, and candidates must be willing to relocate.
