Position Summary

We are looking for a candidate to join our team as a Consumable Operator on a fixed-term contract.

The Consumable Operator will participate to the daily manufacturing activities required to achieve production targets, ensuring the planning of production, as well as maintaining a high level of productivity and quality. Work with customs agents, warehouse staff, quality team.

Duties

- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed, and new idea proposed;
- Acting to be compliant with all the health and safety company procedures
- Observing process, procedures and policies in order to achieve company goals
- Following written instruction of the letter
- Routinely conducting machines and or manually operations to achieve the expected production.
- Be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Maintaining data logs which include time, weights, temperatures, pressure, all legibly and timely
- Obverse the bulk production processes and assure on time bulk manufacturing and with good quality
- Manage the warehouse dedicated to the raw materials approved by quality control;
- Continuous improvement approach

Education Degree
- High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience

- Moderate level of knowledge of handling,



and safety characteristics of routinely used raw materials and finished goods.
- Understanding of Production Planning and Execution
- Understanding of Chemistry production
- Chemical handling experience preferred related manufacturing experience.
- Computer proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel) required and e-mail communication.
- Kitting manufacturing expirience
- Ability to work with others in a respectful manner and as a member of the team
- Working with the team to achieve all goals set forth in the department
- Knowledge of production, processes and activities
