BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT: The therapist will provide Physical and Osteopathic Therapy on-site in HQ to staff members.



The aim is not only to add to the convenience of patients but also to enhance the therapeutic value by offering easy access to quality care.

Furthermore, the physical therapist will utilise the Medical Service Annex 2 for the sessions s/he provides.

ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Offer physical and osteopathic therapy sessions to staff members under MCS or BMIP plan insurance, as per direct billing agreement with the insurance provider

2.Manage the appointments through the UN Humaniatarian Booking Hub

3.Keep all the information strictly confidential within the ethical framework in particular from the employer

4.Systematically record physiotherapy sessions onto the global medical corporate database, Cority, through the dedicated access

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Education

Diploma in osteopathy or degree in physiotherapy

Experience

at least 7 years of clinical practice

Knowledge & Skills:

Courtesy, tact and discretion in the handling of confidential information both verbal and written. Ability to esta blish and maintain effective working relationships with people of different national and cultural backgrounds

Languages

Working knowledge of English
