Position The Client Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional, personalized service to clients to maximize sales and achieve business objectives. They focus on building personalized experiences with clients, understanding their unique preferences to recommend suitable products and services , and offering expert guidance during their shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

Client Relationship Building

- Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Utilize client information, such as preferences and purchasing history, to tailor recommendations and enhance the shopping experience.
- Proactively engage with clients through various communication channels, including in-store visits, phone calls, and digital platforms.

Product Expertise and Sales
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the store's product offerings, Retail environment and competitors.
- Provide expert assistance and guidance to clients during their shopping experience, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Contributes actively to the business objectives by achieving sales targets (contribution to the store KPIs)
- Regularly input and update customer information in the CRM system to track interactions, preferences, and purchase history, enabling personalized engagement and identification of new sales opportunities for maximizing revenue.

Client Experience and Satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional client experience, creating a memorable experience for clients visiting the store.
- Create desire for the brand with exceptional storytelling about the Maison and show empathy and passion and following the steps of the Maison’s selling ceremony.




- Ensuring that the aftercare service is followed and issues are elegantly resolved.

Team Collaboration and Store Support:
- Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share client insights, product feedback, and best practices.
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized, visually appealing store environment that attracts and retains clients.
- Compliance and data management:
- Apply all compliance regulations and guidelines from the HQ, concerning client data, but also transfer store operations etc.

Profile

- Relevant work experience as Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
- Aligned with the Brand identity and detail oriented.
- Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and Brand.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamworking and problem solving skills.
- Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability.
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Additional Information Per questa posizione è prevista una retribuzione annua iniziale pari a EUR 33,000 lordi. Tale retribuzione è stata determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere e corrisponde al compenso normalmente riconosciuto alla posizione al momento della pubblicazione di questo annuncio di lavoro. La retribuzione effettiva potrebbe essere soggetta a possibili variazioni in ragione di fattori quali la vostra combinazione unica di esperienza e competenze, la seniority e attuali esigenze organizzative.

In aggiunta ai trattamenti previsti dalla legge, potranno essere riconosciuti ulteriori agevolazioni in conformità alle policy aziendali vigenti.

Il rapporto di lavoro sarà regolato dalle disposizioni del contratto collettivo nazionale di lavoro CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi applicato da Loro Piana in Italia.
